FIRST THINGS FIRST

To ensure your safety and the safety of those around you, we require you to follow these safety rules.

Must be 18 years of age to drive our Side-by-sides. All drivers much present a valid drivers license at check-in.

Absolutely NO alcohol and/or drugs permitted when driving our Side-by-sides. Obey any and ALL traffic laws. Driver's all responsible for all traffic and parking tickets while vehicle is in their possession.

Everyone must wear seat belts and helmets/eye protection when the Side-by-side is moving.

While driving the Side-by-side: 

  - Be courteous to other vehicles and horseback riders on the roads/trails. Pull to the side of the road/trail to allow the vehicle or horses to pass.

  - Stay 2-3 unit lengths away from the Side-by-side in front of you. 

  - Stay on designated roads/trails. Do not enter onto private

property or driveways. Stay out of off-road parks.

  - There is a $150 Retrieval Fee if Fisher's Off-Road needs to come pick up the Side-by-side due to driver negligence. If the Side-by-side is laid on it's side or upside down, Driver automatically forfeits their $1500 damage deductible to Fisher's Off-Road.

To make your off-road adventure more enjoyable,  Fisher’s Off-Road Tours will provide you with the following:

WHAT TO BRING

To make sure you have the best experience riding,here are some things you can bring from home.

Boots or Comfortable Closed Toe Shoes/Sneakers

Rain Gear and/or a Light Jacket (Recommended)

Sunglasses

Camera

Sunscreen and/or Insect Repellent

Weather Appropriate Attire

Drinks/Water/Snacks
